In March, OVE embarked on our 6th LCIP with Thye Hua Kwan Nursing Home. Driven by the passion to spread joy and companionship to the elderly residents, we engaged in the art of origami together. Seeing their faces light up with curiosity and delight reminded us that joy can come from the simplest gestures!
Amid waves of laughter and smiles, we also hosted several rounds of food bingo, and were immensely grateful for their patience as we navigated the game.
Each paper crane folded and every bingo number called brought us closer together ❤️ Their openness in sharing stories touched our hearts, leaving us filled with warmth and gratitude.
This experience filled our hearts with warmth and gratitude, and we eagerly anticipate more opportunities to brighten the days of the elderly residents at nursing homes.
