In anticipation of our OCEP trip to the Philippines, OVE’24 gathered for a pre-trip training camp!
Over the course of 2 days, we went over the various lesson plans tailored for the local students in Pangasinan, sharing ideas and concerns to ensure we create an engaging and meaningful learning experience.
In addition to that, we put our arts and crafts skills to the test by making props such as stars and flowers to incorporate into our cultural performance.
We ended our training camp with everyone gathered to learn the choreography for the cultural performance. It was a challenging but fun experience watching everyone give it their all 💪
As we await our trip, the OVE members are still hard at work perfecting our programmes and logistics to ensure a smooth OCEP! Overall, we are excited to embark on our journey to the Philippines! ❤️
